Asa Hutchinson currently runs the NRA’s National School Shield program. Prior to that, he was named Administrator of the DEA in 2001, then Under Secretary at the Department of Homeland Security in 2003. In 1982, President Reagan appointed him as the youngest United States Attorney in the nation. Later in Arkansas, he was elected to three terms in Congress. In 1998, he was appointed by the House of Representatives to try the impeachment case against President Clinton in the United States Senate.
